Start at Park House – right onto Stamford Street – across roundabout onto Dominion Road – right onto Unity Road – right onto Glenfield Crescent – left onto Alliance Road leading onto Jubilee Drive – right onto Prince Albert Drive and across to Treaty Road – left onto Liberty Road – left onto Triumph Road – right onto Tournament Road – right onto Dominion Road – left onto Liberty Road – left onto Sports Road – left onto Unity Road – right onto Dominion Road leading onto Stamford Street - return to Park House.
