Police and Crime Commissioner's budget survey for 2026/27.

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is awaiting further announcements from the central government regarding budgets and future funding. With uncertainty ahead, PCC Rupert Matthews has initiated a review of spending to ensure that every penny delivers value for money and contributed effectively to public safety across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.As part of this work, the PCC has launched a public survey seeking views on their contributions towards policing, crime prevention, community safety and victim support services for the year ahead.
